Update Eigen interop support. (#534) 
* Update Eigen interop support.
So we no longer rely on Eigen details.
Also improve complex number testing.
Fixes: https://github.com/boostorg/multiprecision/issues/479

* Restrict new Eigen tests to 3.4.90 and later.
